For the safety of attendees and venues, please leave them in your car. Some of our venues feature exhibits or valuable showcases and need to limit risk of being scratched by hanging objects.

No pens, pencils, markers, or anything you can write with

To protect our venues from any uninvited markings, this also includes eye liner and eye pencils.

No gum or unsealed mints

Mints that are sealed in their original wrapper are allowed.

No glow in the dark products

For example, glow sticks and glow necklaces. If these items crack or break their contents can be poisonous. A school may or may not provide an LED alternative to these products.

No phone chargers

Please charge your phone before arriving. Some of our venues are historic, with limited power reserved for production, or power has been distributed via generators.

No corded headphones

AirPods and wireless headphones are okay but subject to inspection. Ear plugs for those wanting to limit exposure to amplified sound are permitted.

No portable speakers

If portable speaker provides a charge out feature, the speaker is still not permitted. Please charge your phone before arriving.

No lotions or hand sanitizer

To prevent spillage and slip and fall please leave these items at home. Hand sanitizer will be provided where mandated.

No perfume or cologne

To protect sensitive groups and limit allergic reactions from aerosols please leave these items are home.

No eye drops

All prescription medication needs to come in the original bottle, with the prescription label, with the students name on it.

Any prescription medication will be flagged by security. It will be up to the school’s administration to determine whether the student will hold onto the medication or if an administrator will hold onto it.
